Deep Red Horror Handbook

Though the emphasis in THE DEEP RED HORROR HANDBOOK is most certainly films of the ’80’s, it is nearly impossible to disregard other works whose influence upon the modern horror film is both undeniable and irrefutable.

This was by Charles Balun was published in 1989, it’s long out of print and kind of pricey when you can find a copy on Amazon or wherever it appears for sale.
